These Terms govern access to LineupLab's website, application, fantasy football analytics, connected-platform features, AI tools, and related services.

LineupLab is a decision-support product. You remain responsible for every fantasy football decision and platform action.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and PrepDesk, LLC, which offers LineupLab as a product (“LineupLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Service. By using LineupLab, you represent that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. You may not share, sell, transfer, or create an account for another person without authorization. You may begin using an account before confirming its email address, but must complete email verification within seven days to retain access.
LineupLab provides fantasy football information and decision support, which may include rankings, projections, mock and live draft tools, roster analysis, lineup suggestions, waiver and trade guidance, alerts, imports, and AI-generated explanations. Features may be experimental, labeled beta, unavailable for some leagues or providers, or changed or discontinued at any time.
Subject to these Terms, LineupLab grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for lawful, noncommercial fantasy football purposes.
You may connect a fantasy platform or provide information manually. You represent that you are authorized to access and provide that account, league, roster, and related data. You authorize LineupLab to retrieve, store, process, refresh, and, where a feature expressly supports it, transmit information or actions to the connected platform at your direction.
You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any lineup, waiver, add/drop, trade, draft, or other action in the official fantasy platform. A LineupLab display, draft state, recommendation, confirmation, or success message does not guarantee that a third-party platform accepted or preserved an action. You must comply with the platform's terms, league rules, and commissioner decisions.
You retain ownership of material you submit, including prompts, feedback, screenshots, videos, team information, and manual entries (“User Content”). You grant LineupLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, reproduce, and modify User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or another person's rights. Do not upload passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive material.
Projections, rankings, recommendations, and AI outputs are estimates generated from incomplete, changing, and sometimes inaccurate data. They may be wrong, stale, unavailable, or unsuitable for your league. Player availability, injuries, depth charts, weather, news, scoring, platform data, and league rules can change without notice.
LineupLab provides informational and entertainment content only. It does not provide financial, investment, gambling, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee player performance, fantasy wins, standings, prizes, earnings, or any other result. Do not rely on LineupLab as the sole basis for a decision. You assume the risk of all roster, draft, league, entry-fee, prize, and related decisions.
You may not:
LineupLab offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Prices, included features, usage limits, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. A card-backed seven-day free trial is included when starting Plus or Pro. Unless you cancel before the displayed trial end, Stripe charges the selected plan when the trial ends. Monthly subscriptions then renew automatically each month at the disclosed price until canceled. You may downgrade or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation timing is shown there.
A full-season plan is charged once after its trial for the identified NFL season and is scheduled to end after February 15 following that season without another season charge. Upgrading a Plus season plan to Pro during the same season is charged at the disclosed upgrade price. By starting a trial or purchasing, you authorize Stripe and LineupLab to store the selected payment method and collect the displayed amount and applicable tax. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, payments are nonrefundable and partial billing periods are not credited. We may change future prices with advance notice required by law; changes do not apply retroactively.
A valid referral link gives the referred account 25% off one Plus or Pro full-season plan. A referrer unlocks 50% off one full-season plan after five referred accounts join any plan or two referred accounts start a paid plan. Referral credit is account- and season-limited, cannot be transferred or combined unless checkout expressly allows it, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, refunds, chargebacks, or other abuse.
LineupLab and its licensors own the Service, including its software, models, interfaces, designs, compilations, branding, and original content, excluding User Content and third-party material. These Terms grant no ownership interest. If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without consent.
LineupLab is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the NFL or any fantasy platform unless expressly stated. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. The Service may rely on or link to third-party data, websites, APIs, AI providers, and fantasy platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their terms, content, accuracy, security, availability, acts, or omissions.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused the Service, failed to pay amounts due, or if suspension is necessary to protect the Service or others. We may also discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind. LineupLab disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service or any data, recommendation, output, connection, or platform action will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you. You may have additional rights under local law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineupLab and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, contractors, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, prizes, or opportunities; fantasy platform errors; or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of LineupLab and the foregoing parties for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid LineupLab for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LineupLab and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, contractors, officers, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or law, infringement of another person's rights, or dispute with a fantasy platform, league, commissioner, or participant. We may control the defense of an indemnified matter, and you will reasonably cooperate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release LineupLab from claims arising out of disputes between you and a fantasy platform, league, commissioner, participant, or other third party. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542 and any similar law, which may preserve claims you do not know or suspect to exist when agreeing to a release.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where LineupLab's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute and try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small claims court where available. Any mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms and update the date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
Questions or legal notices may be sent through the support channel made available in the Service. Do not include account passwords or fantasy-platform session credentials in a notice.
